It’s time to place orders for Session Two of Broadview’s Pizza Program. 
Session Two begins on Thursday, February 22^nd and runs until the end of the school year.

If you already have a Hot Lunches account, follow these instructions to order:

• Visit broadview.hotlunches.net and log in to your account.
• Select ORDERS–>Student orders then select the black “Order” button for Pizza Lunch 2017/18 – Spring (Session 2).
• Enter the number of slices of cheese or pepperoni pizza at the top of the form. The form will autopopulate. Select Place Order and Proceed.
• Pay online with a credit card via PayPal or print a remittance form and send a cheque to the school office.

If you are a new user or haven’t already created a Hot Lunches account for the 2017-18 school year, follow these instructions to order:

• Visit broadview.hotlunches.net and create a new account by selecting, “Click Here to Register”
  • You will need the school access code, which you should have received in a letter that came home from school. This is a security measure.  If you do not know the code, then use the Help menu to submit a support request and tell us your name, your child’s name, and your child’s grade and teacher.
• Select PROFILE–>Add Students to add a child and select their class (note: JK & SK classes are not part of the pizza programs). Repeat for each student.
• Select the ORDERS–>Student orders–> and select the black “Order” button for Pizza Lunch 2017/18 – Spring (Session 2). Select cheese or pepperoni pizza and the number of slices.
• Pay online with a credit card via PayPal or print a remittance form and send a cheque to the school office.

• All orders must be placed online using the Hot Lunches system.
• Paying online by credit card or PayPal significantly reduces our volunteer workload.
• We cannot accept cash payments. To make special payment arrangements, please email [email protected].
• Cheques must go directly to the school office, not the classroom teacher. We cannot be responsible for cheques sent in via classroom teachers. If you wish to pay by cheque, please ensure that your cheque is dropped off in the school office.

We will continue to sell a limited number of pizza slices each Thursday outside the gym at the beginning of the first nutrition break (11:15 am). These pizza slices are available on a first-come, first-served basis at a cost of $2.50/slice.
